What is PRSSA?
PRSSA is the student version of PRSA- the nation’s leading organization serving public relations and communications professionals. PRSSA is made up of over 10,000 college students across the United States, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru. PRSSA is dedicated to teaching students more about the fields of public relations, advertising, and other forms of mass communication. Meetings involve bringing in professional speakers, helping members network, and resume building workshops.
When does ASU PRSSA meet?
Our meetings occur virtually via this zoom link the first and last Thursday of every month at 6 pm.
PRSSA at ASU is run and organized by our student executive board as well as our faculty advisors.

As an alumna of Xavier College Preparatory and current student of Barrett, the Honors College, Mary’s developed skills include time management, organization, and strong work ethic. A natural extrovert, she enjoys working within a team, interacting with people and driving enthusiasm for upcoming projects.

Joseph “Jae” Early
Jae is a sophomore studying journalism with a focus in public relations and a minor in political science. He is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and a big Browns fan. Outside of school, he spends most of his time hanging out with friends while simultaneously getting into little adventures. He can be often found at his work as a bank teller. He enjoys traveling and playing with the stock market. Outside of PRSSA, he volunteers and has an internship. As an eagle scout, service, and giving back is something he finds important and tries to do as often as he can, in various ways. He volunteers with organizations such as St. Mary’s Food Bank, St. Vincent de Paul of Phoenix, and the Homeless Youth Connection. He also has an internship working on a county-wide political campaign. He says that this internship allows him to get a great view of how politics and running elections works, while giving him exposure as a student. It has also provided for a great resource to grow his network. After undergrad at Arizona State, he would like to go to law school and hopefully do something in the political sphere such as a running campaign, lobbying, or political public relations. He hopes to eventually run for political office someday.
